How it works for you
Tell us about your time at Crossings — seasons, teams, roles, areas served — then add your skills, where you're headed, and the kind of work that interests you. The more specific, the better your matches.
Nothing goes to employers until you say so.
List the jobs you've held since camp and upload a résumé — or build one right here from your profile and work history. It rounds out who you are beyond your summers at Crossings.
Shared only after you accept a connection — never in browse.
You decide who can find you. Stay listed so vetted partners can reach you, appear anonymously if you'd rather explore quietly, and block specific organizations (like a current employer) so they never see you.
Your name and contact info are never visible before a connection.
When an approved partner wants an introduction, you get an email and an in-app request with their organization, a personal message, and any relevant job post. You accept or decline — quietly.
Declining leaves no trace; requests expire after 30 days if you don't respond.
When you accept, the employer receives your name, email, phone, full work history, and résumé. Your Connections page shows who reached out — with a one-click email so you can introduce yourself without waiting. The conversation is yours from there.
You can also apply to a job post directly, sharing your profile on your terms.
Yes — endorsements are one of the strongest things on your profile. From your Endorsements tab, ask a direct leader (just their name + email — they don't need an account) or request an official one from Crossings. Employers read it when considering you; you'll see that it's there, but the wording stays between your endorser and the people hiring.
They browse the talent directory and see your profile card — your name (unless you've chosen to appear anonymously), skills, tenure, region, current role, and career direction. If they want an introduction, they send a request with a personal message, and you decide whether to accept.
The employer sees no response — declining looks identical to not having seen the request yet. They'll never know. Requests expire after 30 days either way.
Never in browse. Your full work history and résumé are revealed to an employer only after you accept their connection request — the same moment your name and contact info are shared.
Yes. You can build one in a few minutes from your profile and work history — we generate a clean PDF you can download or save to your profile. It is optional, but it helps employers once you connect.
Yes. In your profile under Visibility, block specific organizations. They'll never see you in browse or any count — and they get no signal that you blocked them.
No. Whether you served five or fifteen years ago, you're part of this network. Partners who hire here understand that the character built at camp doesn't expire.
