How it works for partners
After you're approved, build your organization profile — logo, a short description, and what you're hiring for. It's how a staff member knows who you are when you reach out.
Owners can invite teammates to help recruit under the same organization.
Each card shows the person's name, summers served, skills, areas, field of study, region, and where they're headed — enough to make a genuine, specific ask. (A few exploring discreetly appear anonymously by choice.)
Filter by ministry/marketplace interest, leadership tier, or Crossings team.
When someone looks like a fit, send a request with a real message — who you are, the role, why this person specifically. You can attach one of your job posts for context. A specific, personal note lands far better than a generic one.
Your organization can have up to 10 active requests at a time.
The staff member is notified by email and has 30 days to respond. Declining is private — you'll see “pending” either way, so there's no need to follow up elsewhere. If a request lapses unanswered, you can send it again from your connections page.
A warm, specific ask goes a long way.
When they accept, you receive their full name, email, phone, complete work history, résumé, and any endorsements. Your Connections page gives you a ready-to-send email opener so the next step is obvious.
Track each connection — In conversation, Hired, or Not a fit — so nothing falls through the cracks.
What gets a yes
✓ Do this
✗ Avoid this
Run a job post alongside browsing. A Crossings admin reviews each post before it goes live — usually within 1–2 business days — then staff can find it and apply by sharing their profile. Ministry roles may include a bona fide occupational qualification.
Recruiting is rarely a one-person job. Organization owners can invite teammates from the dashboard — by email or a shareable link — and everyone works under the same organization profile.
Yes. Candidates who've been endorsed show an ★ Endorsed badge in the talent browse, and you can read the full endorsements right there — what the leader wrote, plus their role and the season they led the person. They come only from Crossings leaders who directly supervised them.
Their name and profile — background, skills, region, and where they're headed — so you can make a specific, personal ask. What stays private until they accept your request is their contact info, résumé, and full work history. (A few who are exploring quietly choose to appear anonymously.)
Your organization profile. Add a logo, a description of who you are, and what you're hiring for — it travels with every connection request so a staff member can decide with real context.
Yes. An organization owner can invite teammates from the dashboard — by email or a shareable link. Each teammate gets their own login under the same organization.
Pending means the staff member has been notified and hasn't responded — it looks the same whether they're considering it or quietly declined. Don't chase through outside channels. If the request expires after 30 days without a response, you can send it again.
Up to 10 active requests at a time per organization. Lapsed requests free up that quota, so being intentional pays off.
Posting a job is a separate track from browsing. A Crossings admin reviews every post before it goes live — usually within 1–2 business days. Once live, staff can find it on the job board and apply by sharing their profile with you. Ministry roles may include a bona fide occupational qualification, which is reviewed as part of approval.
Partner status is active for 12 months from approval. Crossings will reach out before it expires. Questions or early renewal: connect@gocrossings.org.
